New Specialty Toy Site Arks.com Launched |
Voltz is proud to announce the launch of one of our latest creations, Arks.com. Arks.com is an e-commerce website that specializes in Specialty Toy animals and educational toys. Voltz developed Arks.com with one of it's founders Mistaya Ruoho. Mistaya wanted an easy to use website with a strong e-commerce backend. Joomla and Virtuemart was chosen for it's ease of use and affordability. We designed Arks.com with Children in mind. We wanted kids to be able to view the site with their parents and have fun doing it.
Mistaya plans on adding additional toy lines as the site grows, she says "Currently we offer 1 product line, Noah's Pals by Caboodle Toys. However we are already working on adding Specialty toy lines such as Scliech, Calico Critters, Leap Frog, Learning Resources and many more. We want arks.com to be a great place for parents and kids to find tons of educational, safe and fun toys at great prices." Arks.com will focus on selling educational toys that stimulate the imagination, it will also compete by offering FREE Shipping on orders over $50 and heavily discounted prices over retail. "Typically, you would only be able to buy these items in a Specialty Brick and Mortar Toy Store, we can sell them for less online, by cutting out many of the costs normally associated with a Brick and Mortar store. We pass these savings on to our customers to encourage them to come back again and again." said Mistaya, when asked how they will compete online.
