How long will it take? Most of the time we can have your computer back to you within 48 hours.  But if during this process we notice something really needs fixing we will contact you and let you know what it is and give you the option to get it fixed.  Usually the stuff that we needed to contact someone about is something like RAM, Hard drive or other hardware related issues.  In this case it can take a bit longer to get your machine back to you.  But we will always keep you in the loop with what is going on.

Is dust bad for my computer? Dust can cause a number of issues for a computer but the main issue it causes is to stop the fan from running which stops the computer from being cooled properly and frying the CPU.

Why don't you clean out my computer when you do an in-home service? First we have a large air compressor that we don't drag around and secondly because blowing it out in your house would only make your house dusty.  So we figure lets just do it here were we can clean it up.
